Black Cohosh


Black Cohosh, otherwise known as Squaw Root, Rattlesnake Root, Black Root, and Black Snakeroot, is generally used to treat the symptoms of menopause in women.

Dandelion


Dandelion is used to treat liver and gall bladder problems, to increase appetite and also as a diuretic (decreases water retention). It is sometimes used to treat arthritis.

Dandelion is excellent for gout, PMS fluid retention, jaundice and the Hepatitis Virus. It is also a diuretic and detoxifies poisons in the liver, gallbladder, kidneys and spleen.

Dandelion is also known as Taraxacum Officinale.

Echinacea


Echinacea is used to treat a cold or flu. It is sometimes used to treat urinary tract infections. Echinacea has been used in the treatment of some cancers, and it has been known to improve the effects of chemotherapy, mainly because it helps build the white blood cells that fight infection.

Other ailments that Echinacea is used for: toothaches, sore throats, symptoms of Hay Fever, and Upper Respiratory Infections. It is also used to rejuvenate the immune system. It improves digestion, treats Rheumatoid Arthritis, as well treats candida.

Echinacea is also known as Echinacea Purpura, American Coneflower, Kansas Snakeroot, Indian Head, Hedgehog, Black Sampson, Black Susan, and Comb Flower.

Fennel


Fennel is used for stomach ailments like gas and the feeling of fullness as well as other ailments of the large intestines. It is also used for coughs and sore throats.

Fennel seed is also called Foeniculum Vulgare, Fenchel, Bitterfenchel, Fruit de Fenouil, and Aneth Doux.

Galangal


Galangal is used to treat upset stomach and loss of appetite. It is also used for its antibacterial properties.

Some other names for Galangal: Galanga, East India Root, Chinese Ginger, Galgantwurzel, and Rhizome de Galanga.

Galangal & Fennel


Galangal & Fennel are used together to treat many things: diverticulosis, diverticulitis, digestive disorders, colitis, candida, inflammation, stomach problems, colic, and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

It used also used to improve a nursing mother's breast milk.

Ginger Root


Ginger is known for its ability to treat ailments such as upset stomach, nausea, and vomiting. It can also be used to prevent or treat motion sickness and morning sickness. It is sometimes also used for osteoarthritis. It treats the symptoms of menopause as well as the leg cramps associated with Multiple Sclerosis. It is used for Menieres Disease. It also a natural energizer. Ginger can help with circulation in the extremities as well as the symptoms of menopause.

Ginger is known scientifically as Zingiber Officinale.

Habanero


Habanero uses the ingredient Capsaicin to ease pain, help cure the symptoms of cold, flu and allergies, and in some cases treat low and high blood pressure as well as high cholesterol. It can also be used to promote circulation.

Habanero is also known by its biological name "Capsicum.

Hawthorn Berry


Hawthorn berry is used for high and low blood pressure and to increase the strength of the heart. It is also a powerful male enhancement.

It is also used to treat arteriosclerosis, angina, and rheumatism. It is also a diuretic.

Hawthorn is also known as Haw, Mayflower or wWhitethorn. Its biological name is Crataegus Oxyacantha.

Lobelia


Lobelia is an herb that is often used to treat upper respiratory ailments and to improve breathing in people with asthma, bronchitis and other breathing problems. Lobelia is also effective in treating epileptic seizures and convulsions. It is a natural anti-spasmodic. It can also be used for migraine headaches and TMJ pain. As a matter of fact, Lobelia may be used for all body pains.

Lobelia can also be called Cardinal Flower, Red Lobelia, Scarlet Lobelia, Puke Weed and Indian Tobacco.

Tribulus


This herb can be used as a male steroid and a male enhancement. It is also used in the treatment of urinary disorders and impotence, as well as certain kidney diseases. Some practitioners also believe this herb to be helpful in improving one's vitality.

Tribulus is also known as Small Catrops, Goat's Head, Puncture Vine, Chota-gokhru, Gokshura and Nerinjil.

Small Flower Willow Herb


Small Flower Willow Herb is primarily used to treat prostate abnormalities and symptoms of prostatitis. It can be used to trear an enlarged prostate, prostate infections, bladder problems, Urinary Tract Infections, Cystitis, and Fibromyalgia.

It can also stimulate hair growth and sperm production. It balances the hormones and can help symptoms of impotence. It can help one to recover quickly from an illness. It can even be used to treat respiratory ailments.

Saw Palmetto can also be called American Dwarf Palm Tree, Cabbage Palm, Ju-Zhong, Palmier Nain, Sabal and Serenoa Repens.

Damiana


Damiana is used as a hormone balancer in both males and females. Damiana is a mild aphrodisiac for both men and women. It promotes fertility and is also used to treat frigidity. Damiana has also been used to treat Parkinson's Disease.

It can help with menstrual irregularities as well as anxiety and depression. It can also be used to treat hypertension and is a natural diuretic.

The scientific name for Damiana is Turnera Diffusa.
